Sarah Ann Neal approached a middle Eastern man in his fifties and asked him for money and when he ignored her she started to attack him verbally asking for his identification and accusing him of not having citizenship. Sarah went on to say he is why "the country is going down". After a brief exchange Sarah picked up a laptop and began to attack the man with that and then fled.
Police have since arrested Sarah for committing a HATE CRIME and for ASSAULT!!!
I'm confused as to how you are going to ask the man for money then act like HE'S THE PROBLEM!! So if he gave you $1 he would be ok in your book then but when refused you want to act like a little racist kid and attack this man verbally and physically. We don't need her here, lock her up. Maybe she will have time to review her actions and be a better human in the future. God Bless!!
