Richmond resident and his friends went to a homeless community in Berkeley and gave out goodie bags with essentials.
This year he handed out 200 bags compared to the 150 bags last year. He said,
Last year there was 15 tents, it’s a city right now. It’s crazy. It’s a pandemic of its own.
