Armando Barron found that his wife was having an affair through a text message. Barron beat his wife and put a gun to her mouth telling her to lure her lover. Barron then kidnapped the man and took him to the woods. Barron told his wife to shoot her lover but she refused. After refusing, Barron shot the lover in the head and chest. The wife was then ordered to but her lovers wrist and decapitate him.
The lover was reported missing by friends and family. His headless body was found near his car and his head was found somewhere else in the woods.
Armando Barron was arrested and charged with capital murder, domestic violence, strangling, and use of a deadly weapon. His wife was charged with three counts of falsifying evidence. Both pleaded not guilty and are being held with no bond.
