California reported about 5,000 new cases of coronavirus as of Tuesday. It is the highest infection rate in California since the pandemic started. In the Bay Area more than 20,000 people have coronavirus. People going outside are recommended to continue to wear face masks and social distance.
These are the number of new cases in California in the past few days:
- June 21: 4,230
- June 22: 5,019
- June 23: 7,149
