Starting April 17, all of Sonoma County will be required to wear face masks when they are in public. They are the first county to make face coverings mandatory. The order issued requires people to wear a mask when they are in an indoor facility, enclosed space, and an outdoor space where they can't practice social distancing of 6ft.
This order also requires employers to make sure their workers have masks. Businesses can also deny entry to anyone who is not wearing proper face coverings.
