Workers at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital will be wearing smart rings. Similar to the famous Apple Watch, the ring will be able to detect body temperature, pulse, and monitors sleep and movement.
This ring is part of a project that will help detect early stages of coronavirus. According to a UCSF official, these rings can help ER doctors detect when and if they are sick by detecting temperature and fatigue.
2,000 medical workers will be part of this project in San Francisco. The rings come from the company Oura. The ring is now on sale to the public, you can buy them and get more info HERE.
