The Shade Room got video of Ne-Yo debuting some new music at a party, but something looks off. In this clip, it looks like he is rocking a backwards snapback, but without a bill on the hat! Just confused over here. We know Ne-Yo is balled and hats are his thing...we are here for that - just confused AF about this look tho. We like him, bald head and all...he needs to just own it!
