Earlier this week, Lineti Takapuotuafi from Oakland & Antoinette Florez from Fresno were arrested in San Carlos for having a bunch of stolen property in their car that also had stolen plates. Turns out that not only were the women stealing mail from San Carlos residents, Florez made calls to 911 claiming that there was a shooting happening at a park nearby to try and distract the officers.
