Jackie Chan just gifted fans with news that there will be a 'Rush Hour 4." Chan made a rare on-stage appearance at the Red Sea Film Festival, where he made the announcement to fans.
“We’re talking about part 4 right now,” Chan said to the crowd before stating he was heading to meet with film's director that evening to discuss the script. Although he didn't say which director, it probably wont be the previous 3 films director Brett Ratner.
Ratner disappeared from Hollywood after November 2017 when 7 women including actresses Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge, accused Ratner of sexual harassment and misconduct. This resulted in Warner Bros. severing all ties with Ratner.
Chan stated he plans to do "less action stories, more love stories" in the future, as he is currently developing a project he called a "drama film for women."
