Ever since Adidas announced they would no longer produce Yeezy products, it seems Kanye is on the hunt for a new deal.
TMZ is reporting Kanye West decided to pop up at the Skechers headquarters in Manhattan Beach to speak with the companies executives. Ye allegedly came unannounced and with out an appointment. Thus, Kanye was reportedly immediately escorted of the property.
Skechers released a statement confirming the incident writing Kanye "arrived unannounced and without invitation at one of Skechers’ corporate offices in Los Angeles. Considering Ye was engaged in unauthorized filming, two Skechers executives escorted him and his party from the building after a brief conversation."
Kanye may not have done his research before popping up at the Headquarters, given the company is owned and operated by a Jewish family - Robert Greenberg who founded the company and his son Michael who is the current President.
TMZ reports a spokesperson stated "Skechers is not considering and has no intention of working with West. We condemn his recent divisive remarks and do not tolerate antisemitism or any other form of hate speech. Again, West showed up unannounced and uninvited to Skechers corporate offices."
