In the South Beach district of San Francisco, a condo building at 88 Townsend has a parking space listed for $90,000. NBC Bay Area was made aware of the listing by a viewer spoke with the selling agent to confirm the sale price.
Realtor Kelli Johnson said it's not an unusual price as another space in the building sold for roughly $90,000 a few years ago. The condo complex is close to Oracle Park. According to Johnson, the cost of parking spaces actually decreased a little during the pandemic.
