San jose Man Tracks Down Stolen Truck Using Apple Air Tag

As his pickup truck was stolen, California contractor Robert Pendergrast observed on a neighbor's video camera. He was fortunate to have an Apple Air Tag in his car. The Christmas present came in useful since it showed Pendergrast where his truck was in real time. He was hot on his heels minutes later. He called the cops and provided them a detailed account of where his truck was at all times. The thief ended up realizing he couldn't shake his tail and ended up abandoning the vehicle, hopping out and running.
