An East Bay man is demanding answers after surveillance video captured someone in a van hitting his father and killing him. KTVU's Amber Lee says the video of the Oakland crash proves the driver was deliberate. Oakland police were flagged down by the people in the van before the crash, but kept on moving. Police have not commented on this story.
