3 Bay Area men have been arrested for illegal firework possession. The Redwood City residents were captured and booked into San Mateo County jail for having 1,000 pounds of fireworks. Any possession of fireworks in San Mateo County carry a misdemeanor charge & the possibility of a $50k fine. For 1000 pounds they are definitely getting a felony charge. 4th of July isn't worth spending years in jail. Be better people!
