Jacques Bloxham is an attorney out in the east bay who has been arrested for being a professional perv... Mr. Bloxham was caught inside of a Walnut Creek Apple Store with a camera taped to his shoe. Apparently, Bloxham was using the camera to film up the skirts of underage girls inside of the store until a he was confronted by one of the victims fathers. Bloxham then ran out of the store and was apprehended up the street by authorities, and upon searching his car they found numerous recording devices. He has since bailed out of jail, but still faces charges for suspicion of using a camera to secretly record the undergarments of another person, along with annoying or molesting a child under 18.
