Two northern California parents are in jail for keeping their babies locked up behind bars... Ramon Zendejas and his girlfriend, Mercadies Williams have been arrested for child endangerment in Alturas, CA. The couple had their 2 toddlers caged up inside their home when it was raided for suspected illegal weapons. When asked what was going on with the children's sleeping arrangement the parents told authorities that they were "bunk beds". Police also discovered that Zendejas & Williams were cooking butane honey oil inside the house! Thankfully the kids are healthy & in good care while their parents are facing charges. Remember folks, just because the government doesn't get reprimanded for locking up children it doesn't make it okay for you to do it too!
