A man by the name of Earnest Lacour is accused of knowingly spreading HIV according to reports in Oklahoma City. Lacour obtained the deadly disease in 2019. He, Lacour, is being held at the Oklahoma County Jail and is charged with three felony counts of spreading an infectious disease. I pray for the victims of this hateful crime.
