The fallout from the last episode of Insecure involving the sorority of AKA is still being felt.
The Executive Director of the Divine 9 organization released a statement saying they will deal with this situation and encourage members not to speak on it any further.
The issue is not the wearing of the colors pink and green, the issue is the wearing of the Shield and the Letters.
They have specific meaning that only members know and are not to be worn by people who are not members. It's highly inappropriate and offensive for anyone outside of any Greek letter organization to wear our paraphernalia.
