Here Is How You Spot Scams Offering COVID Vaccines

Argentina Starts Vaccination Plan Against Coronavirus

Coronavirus vaccines are here, and unfortunately so are vaccine-related scams. The Better Business Bureau has outlined a few tips for spotting the fakers:

1) Do your research - if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Check with your doctor or trusted online sources.

2) Ignore a call for immediate action - scammers love to pressure victims into acting now - don't fall for high-pressure tactics.

3) Double-check the URL - sometimes the website looks official, but the URL is an obvious fake. Remember that government websites always end with .gov.

Have you gotten any vaccine-related messages that looked like scams? Hit up your local Police Department if so!
