Santa Clara Para Educators Stress Unsafe Working Conditions

In a rally held at Hester School in Santa Clara, teachers expressed concerns about staffing shortages that leaves them vulnerable for attacks when working. After many attempts to get help from the county, the teachers have filed a formal complaint with the Occupational Health and Safety Administration on the 7th of this month. The teachers are clear that they are not blaming the special needs kids but the county directly. One teacher explained an incident when a student grabbed her hair and wouldn't let go for a long period of time. Story below.
