Oakland Police were called to Madison Park Academy today around 1:30PM after two students, one 12, the other 13, were involved in an altercation where one child pulled a gun and shot the other. One of the students was shot and the other is in police custody. As parents received the news they rushed to the school to insure their kids were out of harms way. It took hours to parents to get to their kids due to the school being locked down as a safety protocol. As expected parents are outraged and scared as KTVU spoke to one of the parents who was relieved that her daughter was safe. Peep the story below.
