Pennsylvania homeless man is now facing seven years in jail after not paying a cashier 43 cents and leaving the store with a Mountain Dew. The store employee called 911 and they arrested the man who is now in jail on a $50,000 bond. This was the man's 'third strike' after he was caught stealing shoes and not paying for a tank of gas back in 2010. The man is scheduled to appear in court in November.
