The NFL will have a new post game policy to limit the players contact with each other. The new rule states NFL teams will not be able to have interactions within 6 feet of each other and they will not be able to exchange jerseys.
NFL teams will be forbidden from postgame interactions within 6 feet of each other and jersey exchanges between players will be prohibited during the 2020 season, sources say.

Players like Richard Sherman found this rule ridiculous, specially after they will be having full contact during the game.
This is a perfect example of NFL thinking in a nutshell. Players can go engage in a full contact game and do it safely. However, it is deemed unsafe for them to exchange jerseys after said game.
