Jared Leto is the next big star for the latest Marvel movie, Morbius.
If you aren't familiar with the character, Dr. Michael Morbius is a biochemist who suffers from a blood disease. In the trailer Morbius is looking for a cure. After suffering for years, he experiments with vampire bats and electroshocks. All of this makes him become a bat and develop super powers.
Sony Pictures put out the trailer and synopsis,
One of Marvel’s most compelling and conflicted characters comes to the big screen as Oscar® winner Jared Leto transforms into the enigmatic antihero, Michael Morbius. Dangerously ill with a rare blood disorder, and determined to save others suffering his same fate, Dr. Morbius attempts a desperate gamble. What at first appears to be a radical success soon reveals itself to be a remedy potentially worse than the disease.
