As you may know, Proposition 64, that legalized the recreational use of marijuana for California residents aged 21 or older went into effect on January 1. But what you might not know is that since the legislation was approved, thousands of residents have already had their marijuana felonies reduced to misdemeanors.
It's not been as reported as the legalization of weed, but many people not only are having thier records expunged, but offers help to people who have been unable to get work or loans because of their record. It's as easy as filing out some forms and showing up for court. So put the bong down if this is you and get your record clean!
