A Utah couple have been battling a nasty divorce and one of the items on the agenda is the woman's boudoir album that she gifted her now ex-husband years ago. The woman inscribed sweet messages to her husband, alongside some nude and racy photos, that he wants to keep. A judge ruled "that her husband of 25 years had the right to keep the intimate messages she scrawled inside the album," the NY Post reports. The album was reportedly the only item that the woman's ex-husband fought to keep.
The judge allowed the woman to edit the nude photos, blocking out her body and anything revealing, but leaving the messages untouched. Her ex-husband was reportedly unhappy with the edits. He also claims that the photos were not as intimate as the woman let on, stating that some of the photos were displayed in their home.
