Police received a report of a man outside of a business masturbating in public. According to the Healdsburg Police Department Facebook, the man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and was placed in the back of the patrol car. The man was kicking the partition of the patrol car as he was being transported to Sonoma County Jail and managed to break it. He then was spitting on the police officer, yelled profanities, and threatening to kill the officer.
As the 44-year-old man was booked, his charges multiplied by threatening an officer, battery on a peace office, resisting arrest, criminal threats, indecent exposure, and vandalism.
