Garfield Elementary School in Oakland just got a new library, courtesy of Stephen Curry!
The MVP teamed up with Rakuten and Eat.Learn.Play. to improve the school's library, something they've been wanting for 10 years!
According to KRON 4, the school's principal expressed their gratitude and explained that the library "will provide our students access to culturally diverse books that tell untold stories of our community and will be a safe space for our kids to continue to foster their love of reading and explore their creativity."
