Countdown to the series premiere of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder. The show is slated for its return with some of your fav cast members as well as some new additions!! According to Kyla Pratt who is set to come back as Penny Proud, because who else could play Penny, the series is not necessarily a reboot but rather a continuation of the series. 'The characters are a little older, our subject matter is a little more up to date...for 2022.' This can already be seen when Penny is updating her social media in the first few seconds of the trailer. The show will reportedly touch on some topics that we're not seeing touched on elsewhere and will of course be a louder + prouder version of the show we all loved and remember!
For fans of the Proud Family you'll be happy to know that Tommy Davidson is back as Oscar Proud, Jo Marie Peyton is back as Suga Mama and there are even some additions to the cast including Billy Porter, EJ Johnson and Keke Palmer!!
