Too Short supports Dave Chappelle amid the Netflix controversy and the attempt to get him "cancelled."
The Bay Area rapper says it's all about word play and it's not meant to be hurtful or hateful. According to Datebook, Too Short explains that many people nowadays are quick to assume without fully understanding things with greater context, saying:
“I just think that everybody’s opinion is so instantaneous on social media. … They’re like, ‘Oh my God, look what I just got on my camera. Look what I just heard..."
Too Short was one of the special guests who joined Dave Chappelle on stage last week at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
