Meet Ahmed Muhammed - Oakland Tech's First Black Male Valedictorian, cool uncle and creator of Kits Cubed! In his quest to share science with his niece and nephew while getting them excited about learning and building their confidence, Ahmed started making science kits with everyday items he found around the house. Little did he know he was in the beginning stages of creating his amazing non-profit that went from educating 2 kids on science to now being able to bring science fun to 1000s of kids in the Bay Area and nationwide. As he prepares to kick off his next chapter as a college student at Stanford - Ahmed and his @kitscubed team have launched their plan to get 10,000 science kits out to kids. Gather up the whole fam and join them for their next event Saturday, September 4th. Kits Cubed will be partnering with California Life Sciences to bring their FREE STEM Fair to Oakland Tech!
