A Community Wellness America coronavirus testing site was reportedly shut down by Marin County health officials after being seen operating tests on a sidewalk in Fairfax. After further investigation, officials discovered that the company was conducting tests from a nearby residential driveway, but were unable to provide a license "to conduct business at a private residence," according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The San Francisco Chronicle also reports that Dr. Matthew Willis, Marin County’s health officer:

"... confirmed the lab that Community Wellness used to process tests is certified by the state and that company was updating its results to California’s testing database."
