Disney announced on Friday that all salaried and non-hourly employees are required to get their COVID vaccine by the end of September. They are also in talks with union representatives.
Employees that are still working from home are required to show proof of vaccination before returning to the office. New hires will also need to be vaccinated before starting their employment.
In a statement, Disney said, "Vaccines are the best tool we all have to help control this global pandemic and protect our employees.”
