Snoop Dogg and his wife Shante Broadus have been successfully juggling love, family, business and Hip Hop for decades! In case you forgot they met in high school and the sweethearts married, divorced and remarried while raising their children and propelling themselves into major career wins! Cut to this week, where Snoop and Shante continue their boss moves! Check out Snoop in his IG posts, looking dapper as he transitions into his executive role at Def Jam, meanwhile Shante has been appointed to join his executive team and assume her role as his official manager. Shante has been integral in his business moves and got her start as head of Boss Lady Entertainment towards the beginning of his career. She will use her expertise to expand Snoop's existing ventures, grow potentials partnerships as well as oversee the media side of Snoop’s diGGital doGG empire, which includes mobile apps, video games and animation. “The industry at large is seeing a major shift in more representation of Black women in key executive roles. I am excited to enter this official position, helping to further expand Snoop’s wide-ranging empire,” Shante said.
