The Alameda County Sheriff's Department has arrested a 21-year-old Itzel Ramirez after she attacked a 67-year-old woman over a verbal dispute. The 67-year-old woman apparently called her the B-word as she was going back inside when the Amazon driver attacked her. The older woman is said to have suffered a possible broken nose after being punched more than 10 times in the face. Ramirez claims she hit the lady in self-defense and is now being held on a $100,000 bail with two counts of elder abuse and battery involving serious bodily injury.
