The annual 420 celebration at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco will be cancelled for the second time, due to the pandemic. Robin Williams Meadow, also known as hippie hill, will be fenced off and police will be patrolling the area.
Mayor London Breed is urging people not to go to San Francisco saying,
We will be on the lookout for large massive events...the last thing we want to see, is San Francisco go backwards.
