Sorority Girl's 'Disturbing' Racist Rant Gets Her Expelled from University

The viral video of the girl saying "n*gger" repeatedly and confessing her love for her sorority has now resulted with her sorority and the school kicking her out! So here's how this all started.

A girl named Harley Barber, originally from New Jersey but currently a member of Alpha Phi at the University of Alabama, went on a racist rant on Instagram turning off water stating:

"We do not waste water...because of the poor people in Syria. We don't waste water. I love how I act like I love black people because I (expletive) hate (n-word) so that's really interesting but I just saved the (expletive) (n-word) by shutting that water off."

After seeing backlash online, she then went on another racist rant claiming because she's in Alabama now, she can say "n*gger."

"(N-word) (n-word) (n-word). I don't care if it's Martin Luther King Day. I'm in the south now (expletive) so everybody can (expletive) off. I'm from New Jersey so I can say (n-word) as much as I want."

After that last racist rant, the video went viral! Numerous students from the University of Alabama expressed their disgust and anger over Harley Barber's words, especially on MLK day.

Since going viral, the University of Alabama and Alpha Phi International Fraternity released a statement explaining why they chose to expel Harley Barber form their program for "offensive and hateful" actions. In short they wrote:

“The actions of this student do not represent the larger student body or the values of our University, and she is no longer enrolled here,” Bell said in a statement. “We hold our students to much higher standards, and we apologize to everyone who has seen the videos and been hurt by this hateful, ignorant and offensive behavior. This is not who we are; it is unacceptable and unwelcome here at UA.”

Harley's responded to her expulsion by telling the NY post:

“I did something really, really bad,” Barber told The Post. “I don’t know what to do and I feel horrible. I’m wrong and there’s just no excuse for what I did.”

Barber has been getting threatening phone calls in response to the videos, which “came out of nowhere,” she said.

Asked if she considered the advice from one of her friends who suggested that Barber not post the videos, Barber replied: “No, I’m an idiot. There’s no excuse. I did something really bad.”

Based on that reaction you would think she actually had some remorse? NO. Check out a recorded phone call between Harley Barber and her "friend." On it, Barber also tried to explain that she could Not be a racist because she "had sex with a football player."

Listening to the call you can hear her disgust towards the man for recording her postings and tweeting them. She claims it's just her personality and its just a joke but she didn't mean any harm.

She seems to be more mad that it's gone viral and she is now "socially shunned" then remorseful for her actions or the things she's said. Notice, she mentions her grandparents are racist too. This is what happens when your a racist and social media exposes you.  LMFAO, she's still clueless. Good luck at your new school honey!
