A man was arrested on BART at the West Oakland station for allegedly masturbating while touching a woman's leg.
Police showed up and discovered he was also allegedly carrying some meth with him at the time.
He was booked on the charges of:
- Indecent exposure
- Sexual battery
- Possession of suspected methamphetamine
