Companies are getting creative when coming up with ways to entice new applicants to enter their doors. McDonald's, Outback and lots of other retail businesses are offering daily paychecks to allow Millennials quicker access to their cash- not to mention the instant gratification makes daily life more flexible especially in low wage paying jobs.
