Tupac Shakur got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Friday night, with a moving speech from Snoop Dogg!
Snoop explained Tupac's range as a human being ... calling him both courageous and afraid for the world.
Snoop, who remembers Pac introduced him to blunts, acknowledged he was the greatest rapper of all time, despite dying at 25.
There were also musical tributes from T.I. Snoop, Alicia Keys and Treach of Naughty By Nature.
