Stanley Roberts has done it again. This weeks episode of 'People Behaving Badly' focused on a San Francisco Safeway where groups of people are clearing shelves and running out the door. When a manager attempted to stop them, the group then proceeded to attack the manager. Apparently, they are doing this on a daily basis. All of this for Shampoo? Watch below.
