Yesterday's fire in Oakland may leave owner in big trouble.

City officials said as of today they believe all of the victims of a fire that broke out yesterday have been found. The fire destroyed a West Oakland building and killed four people.

The buuilding was being used as a transitional housing for ex drug abusers but had recently been scrutinized for a number of dangerous code violations with the city.

Fire inspectors visited the building three days before the fire & found it lacked fire extinguishers, smoke detectors in each apartment and a working fire sprinkler system, etc according to documents released by the city.
