During the altercation, you can hear the other students racial comments to his attacker. Following the incident, the teen who was suspended plus other students, came to his defense stating the student "attacked" had been making racist comments and pushed this young man to his breaking point.
They claimed he reacted this way after he called him a "n**ger" and claiming he would kill his family. Other students and Micah, the suspended teen, claim the other teenager had been making racist remarks towards Micah for months!
Now, Micah is asking why he was suspended when the school was aware of the problem yet did nothing to correct it. Students at the school protested and petitioned in Micah's defense.
