According to Oakland Police there is a man with a rifle in the area of 98th and Golf Links Road.
Shots have been fired in the area. CHP Oakland is calling this an "active shooter" situation.
Eastbound 580 is closed at Golf Link Roads. As of 9:40 a.m., CHP Oakland said shots were still being fired
Bishop O'Dowd High School in the area is on lockdown. The Oakland Zoo is not on lockdown.

The shooter has been disarmed and arrested. The video below shows the man spray painting a penis on a car shortly before getting captured!!
