The Weeknd turns 27 on February 16th and apparently Selena picked up the tab for a $30,000 birthday party for him and his celeb buddies at Dave and Busters. She reportedly wasn't in the building for the games + festivities, but TMZ is reporting that the guest list included French Montana, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Travis Scott, Migos and Bryson Tiller.
