It's no secret that Stephen Curry's loyalty lies with the Golden State Warriors. Recently, the Finals MVP shared that there is only one other team in the NBA that he would ever consider playing for and it really hits close to home!
When receiving the key to the City of Charlotte, the 4x Champion announced, "I’m not breaking any news. I’m not making any promises. All I would say is if there was a team I did wanna play for that wasn’t the Warriors, [the Hornets] would be it.”
According to SF Gate, "Curry grew up in Charlotte where his dad, Dell, played for much of his NBA career. He also went to school just up the road at Davidson College."
