People are desperate for money, credit cards, checks or what ever they can find in your mail!! This thief pulled up to an unattended mail truck and decided to hurl a rock at the window to steal a bin of mail!!
We are in a bad place where I can't get my PG&E bill because someone doesn't want to work for a living. Pray for better days.
