Jermaine Dupri recently joked during an interview that you “don’t mess with a rich woman,” the host recalled Dupri telling him the story of when he lied to Janet about his whereabouts.
When Dupri got home, Janet was waiting on him, catching him in a lie.
"You can't really play with rich women. They do whatever they wanna do,” said Dupri. “You can hang up on the phone with a rich woman and call her all kinda names, and she call you all kinda names, and you be like, you hung up the phone, and then the doorbell ring. You like, 'What?! What's goin' on?' That person be at your house."
Dupri also revealed Janet told him when they first met that she had six brothers so there was “nothing he could tell me that I haven’t heard before.”
