XXXTentacion's brother, Corey Pack, is suing XXX's mother for hiding money in dummy corps from XXX's estate.
Attorney Robert Stok states, "fraudulent transfer complaint seeks to recover assets being transferred from the probate estate by XXX’s mother, Cleo Bernard, in order to deprive our client Corey Pack, of a recovery, if he’s successful in his efforts to secure his inheritance rights either under his late brother's trust or will."
Apparently, Corey Pack and another of XXX's brothers each have a 25% share in the estate leaving the rest of the 50% to XXX's mother.
XXXTentacion's estate is worth over $50 million, and XXX's mother had filed a lawsuit accusing XXX's brother of draining the estate from millions as well.
