Track athlete suing Los Gatos school for sexual abuse from stalking coach!

Track star Heather Hennessy filed a lawsuit against Los Gatos and Archbishop Mitty High School for negligence in her sexual abuse by her track coach Chioke Robinson.

Heather claims that her coach abused several of her fellow athletes and she even transferred schools to Los Gatos High School to escape him and he followed her and became assistant coach there.

Heather tried to tell the head coach that Robinson was stalking her he just told her to "run to the other side of the track".

Heather was urged to come forward by a campaign that students in Los Gatos have started against sexual assault. She said in a press conference "I want it to stop now. These schools and coaches need to take the protection of children, students, athletes serious. I want the culture of sports in these schools to know my story so they do what's right. I pray that all adults watching this know that kids' bodies are off-limits".

Let's hope for Heather that her nightmare comes to an end after coming out publicly and pray that this will help protect our students and athletes.
